Pebbles policy (platform tokens)

Pebbles are utility tokens in the CheckersArena loyalty program. They may be purchased or granted, including through purchases, wins, user activities, and platform promotional actions.

• Pebbles can be used, among other things, to reduce product and subscription prices and for gaming features (e.g., hints, solution support, undo move vs bot), where a given feature allows it.
• Pebbles are not electronic money or a payment instrument outside the platform, and are not withdrawable, convertible, or redeemable for cash.
• Detailed rules, limits, and validity periods may result from specific terms and the description of a given offer/feature.

Regulatory and transparency baseline: Directive 2005/29/EC, Directive 2011/83/EU, Directive (EU) 2019/2161 (Omnibus), the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the Polish Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means, and the Polish Act on Counteracting Unfair Market Practices.
