Clear answers before your first move
Is the introductory offer a free trial?
No. When an introductory offer applies, the initial months are paid at the reduced price shown with your plan. Before checkout, you will see the initial charge, promotion duration and standard renewal price.
How does annual billing work?
You pay the displayed total upfront for 12 months of access. The monthly equivalent is provided for comparison. Pebbles arrive in monthly grants according to your plan terms.
How do I stop future charges?
Turn off automatic renewals in your account's subscriptions tab. Your dashboard shows confirmation and the access end date. Cancellation does not shorten the period you have already paid for.
Does every plan include paid courses?
VOD access and course slots are listed separately for each plan. When your plan includes courses, you choose them in your dashboard. Lesson releases and course replacement follow your accepted offer terms.
Where can I update my card and view payments?
Open the subscriptions tab and choose “Payment method and invoices”. Your dashboard also shows payment status, the next renewal date and your paid access period.
